What to Consider When Using Online Banking?

- All transactions and conversations conducted with our Communication Center are recorded and stored by our bank in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
Bank Card Security
- Do not create card PINs that can be easily guessed, such as your birthdate, phone number or consecutive number sequence. Do not share your card PIN with anyone.
- Store your card information safely in a manner that will not be visible to others.
- Immediately contact our Communication Center in case of loss or theft of your card.
